The objective of this questionnaire is to gather information on work practices as well as fire and near-miss incidents associated with solar panels.
You have the option to complete one of three questionnaires that relate to either: general work practises, or specific near miss incidents, or actual fire incidents. Under each of these questionnaires there are sections the first of which is always mandatory and captures basic information about you and how you wish your data to be respected. The remaining sections cover specific topics, and you are not obliged to complete all sections if they are not relevant to your experience.
